Without good management and coaches, the best syllabus and session plans are useless. In a society obsessed with paper qualifications and branding, we often forget that a World Cup coach or someone from a top European football club may not be the most suitable person to be teaching our children. Coaching youth football requires a very different skill set and mentality.
Here at Arion Football Academy, our coaches are certified individuals who have played competitive football and worked at Elite and Elite Youth levels. They are passionate and dedicated individuals who stand by our philosophy of promoting fun, developmental football.
We are all in to help young players realise their potential and progress as individuals.
